You must examine all goods delivered at the time of delivery. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from damage caused to the goods in transit unless loss or damage is noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery. You have up to 3 days in which to report any damages to us, after this time we will not accept any claims.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The buyer is responsible for returning goods. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking charge & delivery costs are non-refundable.
